30 Day Price Match Guarantee We hope you will agree we have a better selection than anyone and fair prices.  If you find the same item available from another retailer for a lower price within 30 days, we will match the price and refund the difference.  There are a couple things we need from , you simply need to let us know where the item is advertised the price and how to contact the retailer for verification.   The retailer must have the item in stock at the time of verification.   The price match offer offer does not apply to prices advertised in auctions,  for used apparel, or items sold at a discount because they are damaged and is only valid for retailers in the United States.

Shipping Policy Officially we reserve the right to ship up to 5 business days after payment clears, but we know you are excited and want your stuff so we try to package and ship all orders the same day payment clears. Of course it depends on if that is before or after the US Postal Service has stopped by for pickup as to if the package is in the mail that day or the next postal day!

Shipping on special orders will occur as soon as possible. I mean, come on, think about it... if you want us to place a special order with a vendor, how can we tell you it will ship in 5 days... we have to wait until it gets to us!

We will ship the special order to you as soon as possible!

Exchange and Return Policy We want you to be happy but lets not get too crazy, there are some rules. Returns or Exchanges for any reason are accepted with the following conditions:

+Refunds or exchanges will be granted with a return authorization within 14 days of purchase if purchased from our ebay store, or through diveshirtsonline.

+Shipping and Handling are not refundable on returns or exchanges.

+Refunds for e-bay auction items will be given subject to a 15% restocking fee deducted from the refund amount.

+Exchanges for e-bay auction items will be for the same style shirt. You may request a different size, however the size must be in the same price group. Don't buy a medium shirt at auction and then ask to exchange it for a 3XL or don't buy a short sleeve shirt at auction and ask to exchange it for a long sleeve version of the style. We think this is only fair, if you really need to have the new 3X or long sleeve, we will be happy to bill you for the price difference!

+Items must be unused and packaged as received. This means don't throw it in the laundry and then try to pass it off as brand new. Check it out when you get it, try it on, look in the mirror, smile. Then if you want to return or exchange it...cool. Contact us for instructions.

+You are responsible for the shipping and handling costs from any purchase, return and/or exchange both ways. From you to us, and back to you. We will send you an invoice for the return shipping.

+There is an exception to these rules... if there is a defect in the product, we will pay to ship the replacement item to you after we receive the defective product back.

+Last rule, if you want to exchange an item, the item or size you want must be in stock or you need to be willing to wait for a replacement to be ordered. When you contact us about the exchange we can discuss the options.
